Ugh! People really should grow up and act their fucking age. This forum I go to called GarageLan has so much drama running through it right now it's even pissed ME off.

Someone posted a question about WoW (World of Warcraft) and my best friend Rob posted that they should use the fucking PM system. All of a sudden people are calling him names and shit. But I thought "okay, it's GL drama time again." cause this happens quite often, but then Rob got defensive. I'm going to post everything relevent to what happend.

Yes, because these forums are SO overwelmed with a constant avalanche of threads, we must do something to eliminate any threads that don't have complete relevancy to the entire community.

Rob: I just checked back through 4 pages worth of General Mayhem, and I haven't created any of those "Attention so and so" threads for a long time. Not since Latency told us not to, or none I can remember... But it's fine, say what you will, I don't mind. I just figured if it was a post relevant to the community then it should have been titled "Another WoW question" instead of directed at Sejanus alone... Maybe I'm just crazy though, because that would make sense.

Whyte69(Mike): why'd this turn into one big "let's gangbang rob?" I can name a member or two that I wanna punch when they put fingers to keyboard, but that doesn't mean that I have to go out of my way to verbally abuse them every chance I get. Yes, Rob has a truck, yes Rob has a ginormous penis, yes Pete has a wicked computer, yes Stoop? I think has a pretty unique case (the one in the monitor), Chad drinks like a fish and yes we all have our personality quirks, but that doesn't mean that we have to tag-team any one person all the time.
I don't see the problem with posting something that is only relevant to a few members, because this is still a rather small community, but some explanation of terms used would be kinda nice. Really, what is DPK? What purpose does it serve?

I have never once said anything even remotely derogatory towards you, but that's about to change after this post.
If you have a problem with my wife, that's fine, but don't take it out on me. Unless you play WoW too, and got offended by me saying that WoW is "weak" then so be it. I do think before I speak (or type as the case may be) I have my opinion, and I'm entitled to share it. I don't bring up the fact that I have a gigantic penis nearly as often as the rest of the users on this forum do. Yes, I posted pictures in the past, I did so at the request of other users and the pictures have since been removed. Insulting me because I have a big penis? I smell penis-envy, bitch.

After this, the moderator got involved and offically closed the thread, but then 2 new one croped up. One by Pixie who is actually Lucid's fiancee and, I thought, an okay person. All of a sudden she's like "Does anyone what my Fraga spot? Because of the actions of SOME people on this forum I'm not going. I thought I was passed all the high school "cool people" shit, but now I see I was wrong and I'm not coming here anymore." ...the words "immature cow" came to my mind. I mean, I knew she had a problem with Rob and Kina (Kina is Lucid's ex and Pixie doesn't like being reminded or hearing about their past) I mean fuck! Rob and Kina are MARRIED and she sure as hell doesn't want Lucid back.

Then Dolphin started a new thread called "Who set off the Drama bomb" I'll post all the relevent stuff here.

Dolphin: Good lord people, get a grip. "I'm leaving GL forever, I'm not going to fraga, your wife etc, thread closed."
It was a spat. It happens. Anytime you get more than a few people together it will happen from time to time. Take a few breaths and calm down. Deal and move on.

Lucid: Just cuz there is drama doesn't mean you should feel the need to fix it.

Kirika(me): Doesn't mean you should throw a temper tantrum and pout in a corner either. I mean come on people. Aren't we all adults here?

Kirika(me): Actually yes I do, considering I am very close with Rob and Kina and frankly I don't really understand why you have an issue with them, but that is between you and them and I refuse to actually get involved. I just think that all of you should act your age and attempt to at least be civil with each other. I don't care if you're friends or not, but don't make your personal fights public knowledge.

And I'm not about to start a flame war or more drama. I am entitled to say my peace and I have.

Pixie: for those who read the pervious post, i must admit anger is a hard battle to win but more than anything i've met great people and i've been hurt too. i love gl and i will be at fragga. Lucid pointed out something huge, i had set a standard for most of you but you dont fit in it. i owe you all an apology. i'm not asking to be forgiven just heard. i feel pissed on and that isn't everyone elses issue. things seems to have exploded from something simple a WoW question. but what i don't get is why one person can make a flame war and then another is torn apart for it. i was doing what i've seen on the forums.

*cough cough* Crock of shit. I thought I handled myself rather well in not totally blowing up at her because God knows I wanted to. She needs to grow up and learn to live with the fact that Lucid and Kina had sex, and there are hillarious stories about it. I mean shit, I put up with Mike's stories about his ex's, his past sex life, AND his porn habit. Sure it bugs me, but I don't go out of my way to start a war and air my dirty laundry to people who don't give a flying fuck.
